The location of this place is amazing, just a stone's throw away from local restaurants. The staff here are super friendly, and there are some great dining options around. Our room was pretty spacious and had a modern feel to it. Plus, we had a fantastic view of the water 😊.

Great room setup with a separate king suite, we loved it! the view of the ocean was exceptional 🌊. the room was pretty clean and had a nice bathroom.

The service was friendly and the pool was heated. The room I booked was immaculate and bright with 2 bedrooms and a larger window. Got a warm breakfast included. Courteous people were working here. The location was marvelous and incredible - an easy walk to everywhere I wanted to go.

Particularly good and perfect spot near Newport restaurants & wharf. Booked a large and updated room with a much nicer bed, wood flooring plus hardwood floors. Early check-in, late check-out. A well-priced hotel, my first choice in Middletown.

The location of the hotel is perfect for those who want to enjoy the beach and have easy access to local restaurants. It is within walking distance of the beach, making it convenient for beach lovers. Additionally, the hotel is located close to many activities, so even if you are not in the downtown area, there are plenty of things to do. The rooms are clean and updated, with comfortable beds and chilly air conditioning. The shuttle service to Newport is also a great perk, allowing guests to explore the area easily.

Perfect location, just a short stroll away from the Cliff Walk Walkway. 🚶‍♂️ We asked for a room with a nice view and got exactly what we wanted.

We enjoyed the variety of breakfast options like cereal, muffins, and granola, and the convenient location allowed us to easily walk to a contemporary art gallery and the beach, as well as take a pleasant thirty-minute stroll into town.
